Omaha Repair Hub Creation
Omaha Repair Hub was created on a very personal level. I reside in an older home that has a ton of projects that need to be completed. When I reached out for help, I was met with costly quotes from the pros or unreliability from other marketplaces. Through trial and error, I was able to find a combination affordability, reliability, and professionalism. The issue was consistency in finding these contractors.
I felt there was a niche to bring all 3 traits together and bring them to one platform: Omaha Repair Hub. On the other hand, I wanted to create something for these talented individuals. A place where they obtain leads, hand select projects, easily schedule, offer bids and estimates, and execute transactions. I wanted to bring it all together, for property owners and service providers alike, and create a safe and reliable platform for the Omaha and surrounding areas.
Our Mission
Omaha Repair Hub looks to provide a marketplace for service providers and property owners to easily find one another and conduct transactions in a safe and professional environment. This platform looks to provide an affordable and professional area for property owners, and quality lead generation and workflow for service providers.

Founder
My name is James Thayer but all my life I have went by Cody. I am an Omaha, Nebraska native who graduated from the University of Nebraska Omaha and Bellevue University.
I am driven by creating a safe environment where business can be conducted in an open marketplace. Omaha Repair Hub was created for both property owners and providers/contractors. I advocate strongly for those who want to be their own boss and take pride in their work. I also advocate for the property owners who aim for affordability and quality.
